In Tuscaloosa, Alabama, there is one place a southern man goes when he needs to look the part: The Locker Room. This iconic menswear store has built a loyal following since 1964 through word-of-mouth, a carefully curated selection of gameday attire, and quality service and expertise.
The owner, Rush, has cultivated something rare: a store with genuine community roots and a reputation that precedes itself. The only thing missing? An online presence that matched the energy inside the store.

▾ Our Solution
Rush came to AMD Creative ready for a social team that could capture their voice and bring it to the next level.
We started from the ground up. Bell plans and coordinates monthly in-store shoots with support from Anna and Mary, while Carol and Kennedy handle graphics, reel creation, and editing. Sarah writes all captions and leads hashtag strategy, and Somer manages community engagement to ensure every comment and query gets a response. Emma built the strategy deck and oversees analytics, and Adelaide, Mary, Bell, and Emma each review content before it reaches Rush, keeping everything cohesive and on brand.
Since October, the growth has been outstanding. Some of the proudest strides from our October 2025 launch through the end of the year include an 85% climb in Instagram reach and a 516.9% surge in Facebook follows. Big improvements in a small time span. We can't wait to see how our strategy continues to support their growth long-term!
