5 Fall Trend Predictions to Watch Out for in 2026

The summer is when the seeds of fall trends are planted. Now, they’ve fully come to fruition!

After a season of whimsy-maxxing, people are still craving joy, nostalgia, and a little escapism. What’s changed is how they’re getting it. With inflation still rising, today's trends come down to three things: Repurposing, Utility, and DIY.

Here are the five trends we’re watching this season, and the types of brands we’d love to see run with them.

Deer Print

Move over zebra and leopard print – it’s the deer’s turn to take center stage.

Also known as “Bambicore” or fawn print, deer print gives us a chic, luxurious continuation of the coquette aesthetic. It’s playful without being too loud about it.

It pulls from woodland aesthetics, fairytale worlds, and those cozy vibes we trade iced lattes for pumpkin spice and chai.

Brands we’d love to see play with deer print:

  • coffee shops

  • eco-friendly products

  • farm-to-table meal services

  • cottage rentals

Snack Tins

Remember opening a cookie tin at your grandma’s house and finding sewing supplies inside? The tin is back, but this time it’s holding things that spark joy, like curated snacks, little treats, and whatever else people want to keep (and show off).

Snack tins check every box for this season: they’re reusable, giftable, endlessly customizable, and made to be repurposed long after the snacks are gone.

Brands we’d love to see play with snack tins:

  • wellness clinics

  • food bloggers

  • fitness studios

  • mindfulness brands

  • snack-based businesses (like dried fruits & nuts)

  • zero-waste marketplaces

  • beauty & skincare brands

Bag Charms

Bag charms are curated, tiny trinkets that turn an everyday bag into a little world of your own. It’s individualistic, it’s world-building, and it’s giving early 2000s vibes.

This trend is a clear indicator that we’re leaving the clean, minimalist aesthetic and diving headfirst into personality-driven, curated maximalism.

Brands we’d love to see play with bag charms:

  • artisans

  • bag and accessory brands

  • makeup brands

  • anyone doing experiential marketing

  • travel brands

  • local bookstores

  • coffee shops

We think this could be cute brand merch for the brand that wants to connect with a Gen Z audience playfully.

Homemade Treats

Homemade micro-luxuries bring the coffee shop home!

From-scratch pastries, homemade syrups, and at-home lattes that look like they came from your favorite café– it’s an affordable, practical way to enjoy your favorite luxuries. Think cottagecore with a practical twist.

Brands we’d love to see play with homemade treats:

  • food influencers (ofc)

  • A coffee roaster could launch an at-home latte kit

  • A kitchenware shop could share seasonal recipes

While this might not be a trend every brand should jump on directly, think about adjacent opportunities. Find where your brand naturally fits into your consumer’s day-to-day.

Boudoir Dressing

Lingerie is officially stepping out of the bedroom and into the streets!

This aesthetic incorporates the entire outfit, with visible stockings and garter styles with skirts and shorts. Camisoles are no longer just an under layer; they are a key part of the look. Silk, delicate lace, and soft fabrics pair with jeans, trousers, or an oversized jacket for a sophisticated, sleek look.

The teddy is reinterpreted as evening wear and tailored to look more intentional. The details that used to stay hidden, like straps, fastenings, and lace edges, are now part of the visual design.

Tying it all together? Old Hollywood boudoir glamour. Satin robes, lace-trimmed slips, delicate heels, and vintage-inspired silhouettes. It’s sensual, nostalgic, and luxurious.

Brands we’d love to see play with boudoir:

  • perfume

  • candles

  • any brand that really plays with the senses

  • hormone clinics that support libido

  • jewelry & luxury accessories
